Scarborough Borough Council
The Cabinet of Scarborough Council debated the issue of Boro's proposed ground move at their meeting on Tuesday 21st November 2006. The Head of Property Services prepared a report for the cabinet prior to the meeting. To download the report, right click, and select "Save as"
The cabinet chose to defer their decision on agreeing to lifting the covenant in principle. Their reasons have been outlined in the minutes of the meeting, which can be downloaded below. Although the meaning isn't clear, we believe that the trust referred to in the document is the proposed community trust, not Seadog Trust. Right click, and select "Save as"
